PGT-A

Preimplantation genetic Testing for Aneuploidy (PGT-A) has been used in an attempt to determine embryonic aneuploidy. Transferring of aneuploid embryos leads to universally undesired outcomes such as failed embryo implantation, miscarriage or birth of trisomic offspring. Therefore, in each IVF cycle, it is really important and critical to make a well-informed decision regarding which embryo(s) to transfer.

PGT-M

Preimplantation genetic testing for single gene (PGT-M) is a testing when one or both genetic parents has a known genetic abnormality. The testing is performed on an embryo to determine if it also carries a genetic abnormality. This serves to prevent certain genetic diseases or disorders from being passed on to the child. NGG could develop testing virtually for any disorders with very low rejection rate (<1%).

PGT-SR

Balanced or chromosomal translocation is a condition where part of a chromosome has broken off and reattached in another location. Without any loss or gain of important genetic material the carrier could be completely healthy but it is one of the cause of recurrent miscarriages with infertile couples.

POC

Nextgen Genetics POC testing identify the reason of the miscarriages. Nextgen Genetics has advanced NGS (Next Generation Sequencing) based technology with combination of STR (Short Tandem Repeat) approach to maximize of getting the most accurate and reliable results from a fetal tissue.

Fingerpriting

NGG has many years of expertise to work with embryonic DNA for fingerprinting to solve any potential lab error and also to avoid any future undesirable outcome. DNA testing will be done by profiling the embryo(s) then the results compared to their biological parents.
